ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Essential File Setup
– Preferred file format: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or high-resolution PDF
– All files must be submitted in CMYK colour mode for accurate printing
– Convert all text to outlines/curves before submission
– Minimum resolution of 300dpi for all images and artwork
– Include 3mm bleed on all sides where required
– Maintain a safe zone of 5mm from trim edges for important content
– Use our templates where possible for accurate dimensions

Colour Specifications
– Use CMYK colour mode for all print artwork
– Specify any Pantone colours separately
– Convert RGB images to CMYK
– Black text should be 100% K (black)
– Total ink coverage should not exceed 300%
Image Requirements
– 300dpi minimum resolution at actual size
– All images embedded, not linked
– CMYK colour mode
– No RGB or LAB colour images
– Flattened files where applicable
